Many users will not use mailto: links to provide feedback (often because their mail packages are not set up properly). You may also need more structured feedback from users.
Web page forms provide an answer. A Web page form collects information from the user and sends the information back to the Web server. A program running on the server formats the information and sends the information back to you as an e-mail. You will need to obtain some information about the way your service provider handles forms, usually just the address of the program which handles the form input.
Microsoft FrontPage Express includes a forms wizard to help you construct a page with a form.
