You will now be asked how to send the form information to your Web server. Select the 'use custom CGI script' option, then click Next.

You should be rewarded with the dialog below - click Finish to build the page. the page should then appear in Microsoft FrontPage Express.
You might want to alter the text in the page - this can be done in the usual way, and you might want to alter aspects of the form controls. Just double click on the form control to bring up the item properties dialog box.
When the page is generated, select File | Save As | As File from the File menu to save your page to your local Web Site folder. The last job is to insert the address of the script to process the form.
